Garçon Mèlaninè & Co. was established in November 2020 by Alicia Abbington. The meaning behind the brand translates to “Melanin Boy”. As a mother of a young black boy, Alicia wanted to establish a clothing brand that exemplifies her son ,JJ . He is the center of her world and what better way to celebrate his style at a young age.
